Social Coffee Morning on Zoom
It's our first coffee morning of the year and we're hoping it will be as lovely as last month! With visitors from many locations and an eclectic mix of conversation topics, we had a great morning.
Some of our regulars were present, of course, but the locations represented included Cornwall, Devon, Birmingham, Germany, France and Belgium. We discussed issues ranging from the pro-EU Volt political party and how it’s gaining ground, to the evolution of languages, and that resulted in members wishing each other a Merry Christmas in a variety of languages including German, French, Spanish, Welsh and Cornish.
Why don’t you join us next time? You can introduce any topic that interests you, and if you think your friends would be interested, please invite them along as well by sharing the link – they don’t have to be members – and it doesn’t matter where anyone is located.
