Tangle or Triangle: Ireland, the UK and the EU – Talk with Daniel Mulhall

We are delighted to be joined by Daniel Mulhall, a former Irish diplomat and current Parnell Fellow at Magdalene College, Cambridge, who will discuss 'Tangle or Triangle: Ireland, the UK and the EU".

Registration is required for this free event, which will be held in Magdelane College Cripps Auditorium, Cripps Court, 1-3 Chesterton Rd, Cambridge CB4 3AD.

Doors open at 6 PM, and the talk will start at 6.30 PM, followed by a Q&A.

About Daniel Mulhall

Daniel is a retired Irish diplomat, whose distinguished career has included being Ireland's Ambassador to Germany, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and most recently the United States. His term as Ambassador of Ireland to the UK coincided with the 2016 Brexit referendum, and in 2017 he described Brexit's implications for Ireland as the " biggest economic, political and diplomatic challenge in the history of the state".
