Propose a motion or amendment
Use this form to propose a motion or resolution for consideration at the European Movement UK Annual General Meeting 2022.

All motions should be submitted here no later than 12:00 midday on 22 October 2022.

Every motion must be submitted by a proposer, and supported by a seconder. Both proposer and seconder must be members of the European Movement UK.

A motion may separately be submitted by a branch, the Branches Forum, the National or Regional Councils, or an affiliated group or section of the European Movement UK. In this case only, a seconder is not required.

ADVICE ON WRITING YOUR MOTION/AMENDMENT

Your motion or amendment must be clear and unambiguous. Any motion or amendment must be internally consistent (it must not contradict itself).

All amendments to motions must be, in the view of the General Meeting Chair, relevant to the subject matter of the original motion and not contradictory to its original intent.
