The European Movement UK is holding its Annual General Meeting on 26th November 2022 at 1pm.

Registration to attend has now closed, and we look forward to receiving all who have registered to our virtual meeting.







The European Movement UK is holding its Annual General Meeting on Saturday 26th November 2022.

At the meeting you will hear from the Chair and other officers on the state of the movement - including campaign updates, finances, a report by the CEO, and more. You will also have a chance to ask questions to the officers and CEO, and to hear more about the next steps of our movement.

Voting will take place on any valid motions submitted before the deadline..





The meeting will be held in a virtual format via Zoom, the online meeting software. European Movement UK members have received an invitation by email to register for the meeting in their chosen format.

There was originally scheduled to be a physical meeting, but due to the recently announced national rail strike this has now been cancelled.





All European Movement UK members may register for and attend the Annual General Meeting. All those eligible to attend the meeting have been contacted by email, with a link to register online for the meeting.

Only members whose membership has been active since at least one month before the AGM date (since 26th October) may vote in AGM proceedings.

Members who have opted out of email communications, or whose email address is not receiving our emails for another reason, may still sign up for the AGM by following the links on this page.

Registration for the Annual General Meeting has now closed. Members who registered successfully for the Annual General Meeting have been contacted by email confirming their registration, and will receive a follow up e-mail with information about how to attend in person or how to join virtually well in advance of the meeting.

Attendees will join a Zoom webinar at 1pm on Saturday 26th November 2022, and the meeting will proceed according to the agenda.

The final agenda will be published according to the timetable above. The link to join the meeting online and the means to participate in the Annual General Meeting votes online will be circulated to all registered attendees by email no later than 5pm on Wednesday 23rd November 2022.

Items for discussion and decision may be tabled for the Annual General Meeting, however the deadline for submission has now passed.





Members are able to table agenda items and motions for the Annual General Meeting, however the deadline for doing so has now passed.
