The meeting will take place in a private room under Chatham House rules  . The room can accommodate up to 40 people seated and 20 standing, and has its own bar from which food and drinks can be ordered.

Admission is only open to members of the European Movement (and their guests), for a cash donation of £5 per person (or more) to cover costs, to be collected at the door.
