Due to the coronavirus we are asking everyone to check with the individual event organisers that the event you're wanting to attend is still going ahead.
Following the UK’s decision to leave the EU in June 2016, many EU citizens who have made their lives here have no longer felt welcome and have felt they have been living in limbo. With Brexit taking place on 31st January, but with no deal on citizens’ rights agreed beyond December 2020, for them the uncertainty continues.
Meanwhile, many British pro-Europeans have also struggled with feelings of sadness and loss since the referendum. Groups like Lincolnshire European Movement have over the last month or so have provided them with an opportunity to meet up and share their thoughts with other like-minded people.
As a way of continuing to reach out to both EU citizens and pro-Europeans locally, Lincolnshire European Movement is launching the first of many Euro Café events throughout Lincolnshire in Spalding. Members of the group will provide information, support and friendship to those who need it, over a cup of tea or coffee.
Please note that the event may be subject to change depending on local and national guidance relating to Corona Virus.
See Lincolnshire European Movement's event page for the latest updates.
