  • National Rejoin March III - Return Coach Travel from Sheffield

The National Rejoin March is back for a 3rd year - and Leeds for Europe will be there again!

This years march will be in central London on Saturday, 28 September 2024.  It will be THE national event of the year bringing pro-Europeans together to say that we want the UK to rejoin the European Union as soon as possible.

Once again, Leeds for Europe are organising coach travel to and from this exciting and important event.  As has become customary, we are planning 3 pickup points: 1. We will leave Leeds city centre from as close as possible to the railway station at 7am prompt.  2. We will collect from the bus stop on the roundabout (southbound) below J38 of the M1.  3. We will collect from Alsing Road (S9 1HF), Sheffield Meadowhall.

You will be asked upon completion of your ticket purchase to specify which of the 3 pickup points you will be using.

We aim to deliver you near to the march assembly point in Park Lane for 12 noon. After the march and rally you will be picked up at 6pm and returned to Leeds/J38 M1/Sheffield, aiming to complete our journey by around 11.00pm, traffic permitting.

The past couple of years have seen a surge in the cost of so many things, including transport.  But we have battled to keep the cost of travel to this important event down and are delighted to report that the ticket prices this year will be lower than in 2023!  But there is a risk that by minimising our prices we could, as an organisation, lose money - something we can ill afford to do.  So, we are asking those who can afford it:  When you buy your ticket please consider donating a little extra to help us to minimise our losses.  And, if we are able to make a small surplus due to your generosity we will use it to offer discounted tickets to those who very much want to join the march but simply cannot afford to do so without such a subsidy.
