Flags in the Wind

At its most fundamental, our European Movement is a peace movement. To mark Europe Day this year, the European Movement UK has commissioned a film called “Flags in the Wind”. The film parallels the United Kingdom’s struggles in the Second World War with the ongoing experiences of the Ukrainian people today, questioning whether the lessons of history have been heeded.

Join us at this event for a screening, hosted by the Macclesfield & East Cheshire branch of the European Movement UK, followed by a social gathering and discussion.
