European Movement UK announce partnership with European Movement in Scotland

The European Movement UK is delighted to announce the creation of a new partnership with European Movement in Scotland, our sister organisation in Scotland.

Our supporters are passionately European, and are committed to fighting back against this government’s hard Brexit and building back our close relationship with the rest of Europe.

This is why the European Movement exists - to develop ever closer bonds between Europeans across the continent.

We also know how important it is for campaigns to be informed, shaped and led by people who live in the communities they serve. Our supporters in Scotland, people just like you, are the right people to be leading the pro-European fight in Scotland.

That is why we are proud to announce a new strategic partnership bringing together the European Movement UK and European Movement in Scotland. As part of this partnership:

  • European Movement UK members in Scotland will be offered membership of the European Movement in Scotland, at no extra cost;
  • The European Movement in Scotland will be represented with 6 seats on the European Movement UK’s new National Council;
  • We are hiring a Campaigns and Membership Coordinator to live and work in Scotland to support both organisations.

European Movement UK members in Scotland will soon receive more information about how they can activate their reciprocal membership of European Movement in Scotland.

Be a part of this exciting partnership - join the European Movement UK today.
